Sterling Central Solutions seeks a skilled Accountant to join its remote team in the United States. The role handles financial statements, payroll, budgeting, and analysis, with a strong emphasis on GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, proficiency in QuickBooks (and preferably SAP or Oracle), and solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
