Your Role:

As a Remote Accountant, you’ll manage A/P, A/R, payroll, month-end close, and other accounting tasks for multiple clients. Strong client communication, both via phone and webcam, is key to excelling in this client-service-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily A/P, A/R, banking, and payroll for clients.
• Post journal entries and update balance sheets with weekly/monthly reconciliations.
• Process sales tax filings, review payroll reconciliations, and manage month-end close.
• Lead client calls with a strong focus on customer service.
• Support forecasting, budgets, and occasional special projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in full-charge bookkeeping and 2+ years with QuickBooks/NetSuite.
• Attributes: GRIT (Gratitude, Resilience, Integrity, Teamwork) mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage multiple clients.
• Knowledge: Prepaids, accruals, inventory, and 3rd party applications to enhance efficiency.
