Job summary

• Commercial Account Service experience in insurance
• Experience with multi-line commercial P&C preferred
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of policy platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate service delivery on assigned account portfolio
• Serve as primary contact for internal partners and servicing brokers
• Handle complex tasks including policy issuance, rating prep, billing, and escalations
• Provide leadership, training, and quality assurance across teams
• Develop relationships with underwriters, operations, IT and other partners
