Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group in San Diego offers a full-time remote Account Manager role. You’ll lead conversations from first contact to signed accounts and serve as the ongoing point of contact as businesses grow.

You’ll meet owners across restaurants, shops and local services, present clear proposals, and manage a CRM pipeline. Earn performance-based pay with monthly bonuses and enjoy training and coaching for advancement.

Qualifications

• Persuasive, personable and comfortable talking business with owners.
• Motivated by goals and comfortable being measured on results.
• Organized enough to run a full pipeline independently.
• B2B sales, hospitality or retail management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with owners of restaurants, shops and local service businesses across the San Diego area.
• Learn how they take orders and payments, and where it's costing them.
• Present a clear proposal and walk through the numbers.
• Handle objections with facts and move the deal to a close.
• Hand off new accounts smoothly so they go live without delays.
• Check in with your accounts and help them add services as their business grows.
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM.
