Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Remote Account Executive to guide individuals and small businesses toward suitable financial solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and building lasting client relationships.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, coordinating onboarding, keeping CRM records up to date, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems
• Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships
