Aria Care Partners is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to support senior living communities nationwide. The role emphasizes coaching regional managers, retaining accounts, managing relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service with insurance sales support.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, mentor others, and implement solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth across facilities, while traveling 2–3 weeks per month and

Competenze

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales/account management or healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare environments preferred.
• Current Life and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain licensure; valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Retain and grow existing facility relationships and provide proactive customer support.
• Address urgent business and customer service challenges with operations and clinical leaders.
• Deliver training, onboarding and ongoing coaching to Account Managers for best practices.
• Contribute insights and market intelligence to achieve sales objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Complete audits, monitor trends and implement process improvements.
