Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance goals are met.
• Client Service: Deliver outstanding service and respond quickly to client requests.
• Team Leadership: Lead the account team and support colleagues.
• Daily Activities: Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and assign tasks.
• Business Growth: Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• New Business Setup: Manage data gathering, client file creation, and setups.
• Renewal Process: Manage renewals with data updates, rates, and audits.
• Client Relationships: Build and improve client relationships and seek feedback.
• Intermediary Role: Advocate for clients and carriers.
• Value-Added Solutions: Implement value-added solutions for clients.
• Professional Development: Support training and a positive work environment.
• Communication: Maintain transparent communication with Producers and team.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies and standards.
