Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team in Los Angeles County. The role focuses on administrative tasks, policy administration, billing, and service delivery for a book of commercial accounts.

The ideal candidate will have an active P&C license, 7+ years in insurance customer service, and strong communication skills to coordinate with producers, clients, and carriers while upholding IOA's service standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Assist in policy management, renewals, and billing.
• Analyze coverage, pricing, and submissions; prepare proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy; monitor activity.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team; deliver service excellence.
