Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience in agriculture.
• Proven success in B2B sales environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage territory plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing new retail partnerships and expanding existing accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management.
• Act as a trusted consultant with expert product knowledge and solutions.
• Develop and execute annual territory business plans including forecasts and budgets.
• Lead generation, trials, and demonstrations to build market awareness.
• Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Service to meet customer needs.
• Monitor EPA and state regulatory requirements for the territory.
• Represent Verdesian professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
