RTA Outdoor Living is hiring for a role that handles inbound virtual consultations with homeowners, guiding them through design and the buying process. You will own your pipeline, calendar, and results while receiving world-class training and a path to leadership as the company scales.

This full-time role offers remote flexibility within your approved state and a compensation package with base salary plus uncapped commission.

• Ability to guide customers through the full design and buying process.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
