ProNovos Technologies Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close. This remote role prioritizes candidates in or near Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, or Savannah, but supports a remote work model.

You will drive new business, conduct discovery, deliver demos, and collaborate with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale. Competitive compensation and healthcare coverage accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales (SaaS / FinTech / Construction Tech preferred).
• Comfortable discussing financial concepts like AR, AP, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to close deals and consistently hit or exceed quota.
• Strong discovery skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle end-to-end.
• Drive new business through self-sourced and marketing-assisted opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations and deliver value-driven demos.
• Navigate buying groups and sell to C-suite.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution in HubSpot.
• Contribute to sales playbooks and scalable processes.
