Qualifications

• B2B sales experience and the ability to independently take a deal from discovery to close.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• English B2+ and confidence running business calls independently.
• High ownership, initiative, and self-management.
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple processes at once.
• Curious and willing to dive into contracts, payments, compliance, and operational details.

Responsabilités

• Run discovery and sales calls with qualified leads
• Understand customers’ businesses, payment flows, geographies, and requirements
• Present Garna and tailor solutions to customers’ needs
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals
• Own follow-ups, next steps, and the sales pipeline
• Coordinate onboarding and launches with internal teams
• Support customers during their first months and help them become active Garna users
• Manage multiple deals and customers independently
