Job summary

CRD Careers (Independent Recruiters) is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to manage and grow business across New York and New Jersey. In this role, you will establish partnerships with cannabis cultivators and independent growers, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7+ years of experience in sales, a proven track record in managing territories, and a solid understanding of cultivation setups. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 plus benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of experience in commercial growing or greenhouse environments, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Good understanding of standard cultivation setups including watering systems and plant care supplies.
• Proven track record of managing sales territories and hitting goals.

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with new licensed growers while managing existing accounts.
• Visit cultivation facilities to understand their needs and recommend the right tools.
• Work closely with operations teams to coordinate deliveries.
• Keep customer records and sales pipeline updated in the CRM system.
