Hydrobuilder Holdings is seeking an Account Executive for the Northeast, covering New York and New Jersey. The role focuses on building and growing a portfolio of licensed cannabis cultivation accounts, leveraging product depth and support from Elevated to deliver value from day one.

You will manage territory end-to-end, conduct on-site visits, consult on grow configurations, coordinate fulfillment with operations, and maintain CRM records to forecast revenue.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years selling into commercial cannabis cultivation in the Northeast.
• Existing relationships with NY/NJ cultivation operators preferred.
• Ability to travel across NY and NJ with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow NY/NJ cannabis cultivation accounts.
• Visit sites to assess programs and supply needs.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with operations.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Meet monthly KPI targets and ramp timelines.
