Bailey Jones - State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative Team Member Intern to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the office by building meaningful relationships and marketing relevant State Farm products to meet client needs.

As a flexible, sociable, and results-driven intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, service, claims support, and cross-selling under supervision, with opportunities to work from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to relate well to customers.
• Property & Casualty license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
