Jessica Dugum - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and drive customer success. The role focuses on proactive marketing of State Farm products, building meaningful relationships, and delivering attentive service to clients.

As a remote team member, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, and help meet customers' insurance and service needs while growing your office's presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
