Account Coordinator – Support, Coordinate, and Grow With Us!

We're hiring Independent Remote Account Coordinators to collaborate with travel clients, vendors, and suppliers — helping design seamless, personalized travel plans while supporting internal account operations.

As a key part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in managing communications, supporting campaigns, and enhancing the client experience through coordination and creativity.

What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and manage contracts, proposals, and sales-related documents

  • Keep client/vendor records up to date in our CRM and internal systems

  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and coordination calls

  • Research market trends, competitors, and prospective opportunities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver exceptional service

  • Gather client feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Help create promotional and presentation materials for marketing use

  • Generate reports to track campaign performance and account health

What You Bring:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Experience in marketing, sales, travel, or account coordination (preferred but not required)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, CRM platforms, or project management software
