The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree and have proven experience in accident reconstruction, along with expert witness testimony experience. The engagement offers full flexibility to accept or decline cases, competitive compensation, and is conducted remotely.

Qualifications

• Advanced education is required, focusing on Biomechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Candidates must have proven experience in accident reconstruction.
• Prior experience as an expert witness is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform accident reconstruction and biomechanical analyses.
• Assess injury mechanisms and consistency with incident reports.
• Prepare clear, well-supported expert reports.
• Provide deposition and/or trial testimony when needed.
