Job summary

Dane Street, LLC is expanding its El Paso network and seeks experienced Accident Reconstructionists/Biomechanical Engineers with testimony experience to join our panel of consulting experts. This role focuses on independent advisory opinions related to injury causation, accident dynamics, and biomechanical analysis.

Responsibilities include conducting analyses, reviewing records, and preparing expert reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in accident reconstruction and injury analysis.
• Prior expert witness testimony (deposition and/or trial) required.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform accident reconstruction and biomechanical analyses.
• Assess injury mechanisms and ensure consistency with incident reports.
• Review records, police reports, and related documentation.
• Prepare clear, well-supported expert reports.
• Provide deposition and/or trial testimony as needed.
