Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Accessibility Test Engineer to evaluate digital applications for usability and accessibility across web and mobile experiences.

The engineer will combine automated scans with hands-on assistive-technology testing, document reproducible findings, partner with designers and developers on remediation, and help teams incorporate accessibility validation into their delivery process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in accessibility testing, software QA, or inclusive digital product validation.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 and common accessibility barriers.
• Hands-on experience with screen readers and keyboard-only testing.
• Experience with automated accessibility tools such as axe or Lighthouse.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated accessibility testing of web and mobile apps against WCAG guidance.
• Evaluate keyboard navigation, focus order, semantic structure, color contrast, forms, content and dynamic interactions.
• Test experiences with screen readers across supported browsers and devices.
• Document defects with reproducible steps, impact descriptions, and remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to validate fixes and integrate accessibility checks into testing workflows.
