FullStack is seeking an Accessibility Engineer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based work with U.S. clients. You will integrate into client teams and work alongside designers and engineers on accessibility initiatives.

Requirements include 3+ years in testing/QA or digital accessibility, advanced English, and a four-year degree. Knowledge of WCAG 2.2, assistive technologies, and automated/manual testing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software testing, QA, or digital accessibility.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and accessibility best practices.
• Hands-on testing web apps for accessibility issues.
• Familiarity with assistive technologies (JAWS/NVDA) and screen readers.
• Experience with automated accessibility testing tools and manual testing.
• Ability to document accessibility issues clearly and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience creating test cases, documenting findings, and reporting defects.
• Strong collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to own your work and align with client goals.
