Job summary

Responsibilities

• Remediate inaccessible documents.
• Review documents to assess remediation level.
• Provide reports on accessibility of documents.
• Manage client services flow from initial meeting through report presentations.
• Meet with clients to discuss findings and remediation approaches.
• Provide coaching on basic accessible document practices.
