Job summary

McGraw Hill Education is seeking an Academic Designer for Math PreK-5 to assemble high-quality content based on product requirements and collaborate with design managers. You will support curriculum and instructional solution design, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and alignment with standards.

You will plan culturally responsive content for print and digital formats, applying an understanding of elementary pedagogy.

Qualifications

• Plan and develop content with objectives, activities, and instructional supports for PreK-5 materials.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of elementary pedagogy and content.
• Produce accurate, error-free products meeting curriculum standards and style guidelines.
• Conduct QA testing of digital assets in authoring tools and platforms.
• Communicate project progress and collaborate with team members.
• Work with grade level leads to align curriculum with product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop content for teacher and student materials across print, digital, and media projects.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of PreK-5 pedagogy.
• Produce high-quality content meeting standards and reading level requirements.
• Test digital assets across authoring tools and platforms.
• Communicate progress and solve issues with the team.
• Collaborate with design leads to implement curriculum designs.
