Job summary

McGraw Hill Education seeks an Academic Designer for our Math programs (PreK-5). This remote role targets candidates with 5–7 years in elementary product development and 5+ years of classroom experience.

You will assemble high-quality content, ensure standards alignment, and collaborate with design leads to craft blended curriculum solutions. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to edit digital and print materials, and proficient with Habitat authoring.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of elementary product development experience.
• 5+ years of elementary classroom experience.
• Detail oriented with timely editing of digital and print materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to create, visualize, and lay out content for multiple formats.
• Experience with Habitat authoring and digital assets QA.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop culturally responsive content for teacher and student materials in print, digital, and media.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of elementary pedagogy and content.
• Produce accurate, high-quality curriculum products that meet standards and market needs.
• Conduct QA testing of digital assets across authoring tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with Academic Design leads and managers to implement instructional solutions.
