Gallagher Bassett is seeking a remote Licensed Health Insurance Account Manager to service an ACA health insurance book. You will be the primary client contact, handling enrollment, renewals, and plan reviews while maintaining Salesforce records.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about individual health insurance products, with a valid health insurance license. This contract role is fully remote with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Active Health and Accident Insurance License is required.
• Experience with ACA Marketplace or individual health insurance products is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ACA health insurance clients and manage a portfolio.
• Respond to client emails, calls, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Guide clients through ACA enrollment and renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and coordinate with carriers.
