Job summary

Dahl Consulting seeks a Licensed Remote ACA Enrollment Coordinator to educate and assist consumers nationwide on ACA-compliant plans. This is a remote, contract position (3 months) with an October start, offering $21.33 per hour plus a commission plan and overtime.

The role focuses on inbound inquiries, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality enrollment support and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months in ACA sales across seven states required.
• 2026 Federal Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) certification required.
• Able to work remotely and handle consumer interactions independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote ACA insurance products and educate consumers on options.
• Respond to inquiries via inbound calls and online leads.
• Deliver approved scripts to explain coverage solutions.
• Recommend suitable ACA plans based on consumer needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication on product details and benefits.
• Ensure ACA compliance, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Document all consumer interactions clearly in the system.
• Collaborate with team to support service goals.
