Job summary

3E is seeking a Digital and Account Based Marketing Manager to build and scale ABM across SEO, AEO, organic social, and website content. This hands-on role will stand up 3E’s Propensity platform while executing campaigns and aligning with Demand Generation, RevOps, Sales, and agencies.

You will own front-end content, conversions, and structured A/B testing, reporting on performance, and driving continuous growth in a remote, US Eastern time zone role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital, growth, or ABM marketing in tech/SaaS.
• Hands-on ABM campaign setup and management.
• Strong SEO and AEO experience.
• Experience writing/publishing organic content.
• Front-end website content management and AB testing.
• Ability to turn data into insights and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and stand up 3E’s ABM capability and Propensity platform from the ground up.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing on messaging, ICP, and campaigns.
• Advise stakeholders on ABM best practices and executable campaigns.
• Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and external partners with accountability.
• Own organic SEO and AEO execution to improve visibility and AI-driven answers.
• Manage external SEO/AEO agencies and ensure delivery within scope.
• Own front-end website content and ongoing updates for conversions.
• Use data to identify opportunities, run structured A/B tests for CTAs/forms.
• Execute organic social programs and maintain brand voice.
• Translate performance data into insights and prioritized actions.
