Job summary

3E is seeking a Digital and Account Based Marketing Manager to build and scale ABM across owned and organic channels. You will stand up 3E’s Propensity platform, lead SEO and AEO efforts, and own front‑end content and conversion optimization while coordinating with sales, RevOps, and external partners.

The role requires hands‑on execution, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple streams in a fast‑moving environment. Remote US‑based in the Eastern time zone preferred.

Qualifications

• ABM experience orchestrating and executing campaigns across platforms.
• Hands‑on SEO and AEO experience including keyword research and on‑page optimization.
• Experience writing, editing, and publishing organic content for social and web.
• Website content management, front‑end optimization, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Build 3E’s ABM capability from the ground up, configure Propensity, run campaigns from setup to optimization.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing on ABM strategy, messaging, and ICP alignment.
• Own organic SEO and AEO execution to improve search visibility and AI-driven answer experiences.
• Manage front‑end website content, tagging, and content refreshes to improve user journeys.
• Apply GA4 and other analytics to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
