Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 6+ years as an ABL Field Examiner or auditor with exposure to collateral risk.
• Experience with audit methodologies and collateral examinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee internal and outsourced ABL field examinations across the portfolio.
• Coordinate examination schedules with clients and third-party providers for timely completion.
• Prepare and quality-check workpapers and reports, documenting collateral exceptions and borrowing-base impacts.
