Job summary

Post University is seeking a remote, temporary ABA Subject Matter Expert (SME) to collaborate with the Instructional Design team in developing an online course within a three-month development cycle. The SME will provide expert ABA knowledge, help design authentic content, and review AI-assisted materials to ensure alignment with accreditation expectations and course outcomes.

The role requires an active BCBA, strong communication in a remote team environment, and experience with online course

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required with ability to work remotely.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative setting.
• Proficiency using web-based communication and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Instructional Design and Program Chair to finalize course roadmap and objectives.
• Develop and refine course content, including assignments and assessments aligned to outcomes.
• Review content iteratively and adapt materials; may utilize AI tools.
• Ensure all content meets QA standards and aligns with ABA guidelines and Test Outline.
