Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in homes or community settings across the USA. You will work with a committed clinical team, implement skill-building and care plans, and record session data using electronic devices.

The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time opportunities, ongoing CEUs, and strong support from clinical leadership as you grow within the BK network.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience and compassion essential for ABA care in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients and their families.
