Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services across the USA, with flexible scheduling to fit your life. You’ll work with a strong clinical team, provide home-based or community-based care, and help clients achieve meaningful goals while earning through a partnership model.

New hires receive comprehensive training, ongoing CEUs, and access to a supportive network of BCBA leaders. This role emphasizes growth, flexibility, and a strong commitment to families and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
