BK Behavior is seeking experienced RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism achieve their goals. You will join a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and maintain accurate session data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
