Qualifications

• Licensed master's level clinician with independent licensure in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.
• Board certification as a Behavior Analyst and state licensure as applicable.
• 3+ years in managed care and/or utilization review.
• 3+ years of experience with CPT/HCPCS codes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leaders at ABA facilities/providers to coordinate care.
• Initiate interventions to improve clinical outcomes and ensure appropriate billing patterns.
• Support high-performing ABA providers to maintain quality and compliance.
• Analyze clinical outcomes and utilization data to identify outliers.
• Conduct audits of ABA programs and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor and measure improvements in program performance over time.
• Collaborate with Care Advocacy Operations, Legal, and Quality Improvement teams.
