Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks an entry-level role to support children in building communication, social, and life skills through ABA. Sessions occur at home, in schools, and in the community, with travel and telehealth options.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of experience in ABA or related field preferred.
• Telehealth/virtual experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Vaccination proof (MMR, Varicella, COVID where mandated).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Help kids build communication, social, and life skills through evidence-based ABA.
• Deliver sessions at homes, centers, or in the community with energy and compassion.
• Follow personalized plans from clinical leaders and celebrate small wins.
• Maintain flexible and mobile workdays with varying locations.
