Job summary

Techner Ltd. is seeking an experienced AAV Project Manager to lead fiber and alternative-access connectivity delivery for wireless sites from service ordering through construction, installation, testing, and go-live.

You will coordinate across AAV/fiber vendors, LECs, contractors, site acquisition, and transport teams to ensure sites are fiber-ready for network integration. The role requires 5+ years in telecom project management with strong vendor-management and fiber expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom project management experience, preferably in wireless deployment.
• Experience managing AAV/Alternative Access Vendor and fiber-to-cell-site delivery.
• Strong understanding of fiber infrastructure and cell-site connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Own AAV/fiber connectivity delivery for new and existing wireless sites from requirements to closeout.
• Serve as the main contact for AAV providers, fiber carriers, LECs, and contractors, managing schedules and risks.
• Coordinate with site acquisition, RF/RAN, and transport teams to ensure connectivity ahead of integration.
• Review fiber designs and site documentation; coordinate on-site installation and equipment.
• Lead vendor calls and status meetings; maintain trackers, risk logs, and budgets.
• Oversee testing, activation, acceptance, and closeout with proper as-builts.
