Job summary

Vero is seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to lead end-to-end fiber optic construction projects across multiple markets. You will oversee timelines, budgets, permits, vendor coordination, and customer communications to ensure deployments meet targets.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in OSP fiber construction, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in telecom or fiber deployments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scopes.
• Strong vendor management and RFP experience.
• Experience with permitting and environmental coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fiber deployment projects across markets.
• Coordinate bids, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Provide regular updates to customers and manage site access.
• Maintain up-to-date network maps and documentation.
