You’ll coordinate across AAV/fiber vendors, LECs, contractors, site acquisition, wireless construction, and transport teams to ensure sites are fiber-ready for network integration.
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for AAV providers, fiber carriers, LECs, and contractors, managing schedules, commitments, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate with site acquisition, construction, RF/RAN, and transport/network engineering to ensure connectivity is ready ahead of integration.
- Review fiber designs, construction drawings, redlines, and site documentation, and coordinate on-site installation including NTE/NID equipment.
- Lead vendor calls and status meetings, maintaining trackers, schedules, risk logs, forecasts, and project costs.
- Oversee testing, circuit activation, acceptance, and closeout, ensuring as-builts and documentation are complete and risks are escalated appropriately across multiple sites.
Requirements:

- 5+ years of telecom project management experience, ideally in wireless deployment, with proven AAV/Alternative Access Vendor and fiber-to-cell-site delivery experience.
- Strong understanding of fiber infrastructure, demarcation equipment, and cell-site connectivity.
- Excellent organisational and vendor-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive delivery against committed dates.

- Familiarity with major U.S. fiber/network providers.
- Experience with telecom PM tools, vendor portals, and tracking systems.
- PMP or similar certification is a bonus.
