Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company seeks a Senior 5G Core Network Implementation Engineer for a remote, long-term contract in the United States. You will lead the deployment and integration of 5G Core/SA network elements, focusing on tooling, call-flow processing, observability, and subscriber data management.

The role spans greenfield deployments and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Operations, Maintenance Engineering, and DevOps.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in telecom, network engineering, or wireless core network implementation.
Strong experience with 5G Core / 5G Standalone (5G SA) network architecture and deployment.
Hands-on experience with 5G Core network elements.
Experience with UDM, UDR, AUSF, 5G HSS, CHF, and related subscriber-data/network functions.
Experience supporting Greenfield 5G deployments and production launch readiness.
Experience with network-element certification, integration, testing, and deployment.
Experience with 5G Core call flows, troubleshooting, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities

Implement 5G Core / 5G SA network elements and support deployment across environments.
Lead tooling, call-flow processing, and observability efforts for the core network.
Assist with 4G EPC / IMS integration and cross-functional handoffs as needed.
Support CALEA/Lawful Intercept, charging, and operational tooling for deployments.
