Job summary

Nova 401(k) Associates is seeking a Team Leader for the 401(k) Administration Program to manage a team of professionals. Responsibilities include team management, training, handling performance reviews, and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 10 years of industry experience and 5 years in a supervisory role. Compensation includes a base salary of $90,000-$120,000 and benefits like medical insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer match. This position allows for working from home and requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in nondiscrimination testing.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in the retirement plan field.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, Internal Revenue Code and Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 staff members.
• Assist in training staff members throughout the year.
• Resolve service issues escalated by team members.
