Job summary

Celestica, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented 401k Compliance Specialist to manage end-to-end loan tracking and compliance for US retirement plans.

You will coordinate with ADP, Fidelity, and EPIC to ensure accurate loan treatment and payroll alignment, while serving as the primary contact for participant inquiries. The role requires 5+ years in retirement plan administration or HR benefits, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and experience with HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated benefits and/or HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree with relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end 401k loan tracking, including leaves of absence.
• Coordinate with ADP, Fidelity, EPIC to suspend payments or reamortize loans.
• Serve as first contact for employee inquiries on 401k rules and enrollment timelines.
• Assist with annual plan compliance, including NDT and year-end audits.
• Coordinate with payroll and external consultants to verify census data and loan totals.
