Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in retirement plan administration, HR benefits and payroll coordination.
• Strong numerical proficiency and experience managing high-volume data with Excel (v-lookup, pivot)
• High attention to detail and confidentiality in employee records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 401k setup and enrollment across entities and platforms (ADP, Fidelity, EPIC/Schwab).
• Process and track contribution elections and deferral changes.
• Oversee 401k loan tracking and coordinate with plan administrators to manage leaves and reamortization.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee 401k questions and enrollment timelines.
• Assist with annual plan compliance, including NDT and audits.
• Collaborate with payroll and external teams to verify census data and loan totals.
• Maintain active communication with account managers across retirement platforms.
