Job summary

AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a Remote Simulation Expert to assess Real-to-Sim 3D Environments & Assets. You will review AI outputs against 3D craft standards, tooling adherence, and production-readiness, and capture corrected approaches for training updates.

The role is contractor-based, US-eligible, with an hourly rate determined after interview. Strong written reasoning and reliable part-time availability (around 10 hours/week) are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or production experience in 3D design or an adjacent creative discipline.
• Hands-on familiarity with the standard tooling for the discipline.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the craft issue and the standard being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current 3D design craft and tooling standards for Simulation Expert — Real-to-Sim 3D Environments & Assets assignments.
• Grade composition, constraint adherence, and production-readiness on a structured rubric.
• Flag tooling-specific failures (file format, scale, naming, layer hygiene) with severity tags.
• Capture the corrected approach or reference so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed creative judgments against published references or firm style guides.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in inter-rater calibration cycles.
