Job summary

Grip is INDG's software branch, a platform that automates content to generate endless ad variations. We seek a 3D Generalist with 5–7 years of experience, focused on product advertising, to join our team and help deliver high‑quality CG and live-action composites.

You will work across modeling, texturing, lighting, liquids and render management, balancing quality with tight deadlines while collaborating with VFX supervisors and project managers. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years experience as a 3D generalist with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability in product advertising workflows and asset production.
• Excellent shading, lighting and rendering knowledge; liquid simulation helpful.
• Experience integrating 3D elements into live-action footage.
• Strong English communication and ability to take direction well.
• Ability to balance high quality with project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Model, texture, light, simulate liquids, render and perform basic compositing across multiple projects.
• Quality control of tracking and matching moving files.
• Integrate 3D elements into real-world footage with precision.
• Collaborate with VFX supervisors, teammates and project managers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and meet deadlines.
