Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a 3D Electrical Staff Designer for our Data Center Mission Critical Group. You will create and refine detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, perform site walkdowns with engineers, and mentor junior designers while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll work on diverse projects across multiple office locations, with BIM tools like BIM360 and Navisworks to ensure accurate modelling and coordination. Travel 10-15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent design experience.
• 1 year of design engineering experience (or 6 years with an Associate’s degree).
• Proficient with 2D and 3D design software: AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of Electrical Design codes and standards.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Perform walkdowns at client sites and generate walkdown reports.
• Mentor junior designers and review peer work for quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to safety policies and organizational procedures.
• Ensure design work meets project schedules and client requirements.
