Responsibilities

• As a Professional Recruiter, manage a full desk across the Accounting & Finance market.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and manage the interview/offer process.
• Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business.
• Generate direct-hire placement revenue and meet KPIs.
• Drive desk growth through recruiting success and client acquisition.
