Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) is seeking a 340B Program Coordinator to oversee audits, contract pharmacy implementation, and compliance for FQHC clients. This role is remote and reports to the 340B Programs and Services Director.

You will collaborate with CPC and client teams, manage data sources, and ensure adherence to federal and state requirements while supporting program improvements and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with 340B program audits and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Familiarity with MassHealth ACO program and Federally Qualified Health Centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly 340B audits for client Health Centers and coordinate remediation.
• Assist with 340B contract pharmacy implementation and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state payer requirements and participate in oversight meetings.
