Job summary

Sperasoft is seeking an experienced 2D Character Artist (stylized) to strengthen our AAA+ project team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will bring characters to life with expressive poses, apparel, and accessory details, ensuring high visual fidelity and consistency with project standards.

Role requires advanced anatomy, lighting, color, and design skills, plus proficiency in Photoshop and some 3D tools. You will collaborate with Lead Artists and mentor junior artists, contributing to a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of design, lighting, coloring, anatomy.
• Ability to create functional design.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop as well as some knowledge of 3D tools and pipeline.
• Ability to paint or concept in any style.
• Ability to ideate with speed and revision in mind.
• Strong sketching/illustration/speed-painting skills to concept characters.
• Receptive to constructive feedback.
• Self-motivation, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create character assets matching project and studio standards.
• Work with Lead Artists to ensure timely completion of game assets.
• Coordinate with Senior/Lead Artists and mentor Junior 2D Artists.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment.
