Job summary

First American seeks a skilled salesperson to grow segment-specific sales of 1031 exchange services. You will call on residential and commercial real estate communities, conduct market research, and develop distribution channels.

This remote role covers Fresno, Kern, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties with monthly commissions in addition to base salary. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in title/real estate sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel and present to clients and

Qualifications

• Experience in title/real estate sales or related field.
• Ability to drive revenue opportunities and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Sell 1031 exchange services to real estate professionals.
• Conduct market and technology research to identify opportunities.
• Analyze and develop distribution channels and partnerships.
• Travel within assigned territory to call on clients.
• Present First American Exchange services to law offices and associations.
• Prepare reports to track progress on client development.
