Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a Remote Math Tutor to deliver one-on-one online lessons for students in Grades 5-8 across North America, aligned with CCSS. You will teach in English, prepare customized lesson content, and provide timely feedback to support student growth.

The position is part-time (less than 20 hours/week) and remote from the United States, with pay of $20-$25 per hour and opportunities for salary increases and promotions twice a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Education, or related fields.
• Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for Grades 5-8 across North America, aligned with CCSS.
• Teach in English using interactive methods to promote engagement and address questions in real time.
• Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs for well-structured instruction.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and improvement.
